Staying Active in Cooler Weather
Being outside in nature offers many physical and mental benefits. Even with the cooler temps and less than ideal conditions there are many ways for you to embrace nature and improve your health.
About The Practice
Sara Love, ND, is a naturopathic doctor serving patients at doubletrack naturopathic in Beaverton, Oregon.
Dr. Love has enjoyed working with her hands all her life. Growing up on a farm, she had many opportunities to use her hands to grow and can food, care for many types of animals, and even sew her own clothes. Dr. Love learned how to raise chickens before she learned how to drive, so of course, she wanted to be a veterinarian – until she discovered naturopathic medicine.
Dr. Love became a naturopath because there are so many "hands-on" modalities, such as naturopathic manipulative therapy, minor surgery, and her personal favorite, injections! These therapeutic injections can help with migraines, headaches, adrenal fatigue, pain management, weight loss, decreased energy, and even stress management. She also offers Botox®, as well as acne treatment and hormone replacement therapy to help people look and feel their very best.
She feels truly blessed to be able to use her hands every day working with patients on their journey to health. Dr. Love also appreciates all the other beautiful naturopathic modalities, including nutrition, botanical medicine, and hydrotherapy.
To learn how injections and other therapies can improve your health, schedule an appointment with Dr. Love by calling doubletrack naturopathic or booking online.
